Smoking babyback ribs on Weber grill–the easy way
This vid shows how to barbeque backyback ribs to perfection on a Weber charcoal grill. The process takes about 5 hours of cooking time because the ribs are being smoked on the grill using an indirect cooking method.
Dr. BBQ shows you how to use a charcoal chimney to light a fire for your barbecue grill. Be sure to use lump charcoal and don’t use lighter fluid!

Grill time – We sold the grill purchased last summer on craigslist about weeks ago and bought a new Weber kettle grill. The Char-broiler just didn’t work out as we had hoped. For the ribs you use indirect heat so the charcoal was set to the rear and we waited for the grill to heat up to 250 degrees.

I used this as a guide: altoids sour grill
Since I couldn’t find any altoids sour tins, I used some metal food containers that were laying around. This does hold 3-4x the amount of charcoal briquettes
