Summer is here and customers are coming up with some very nice projects this year. We are constructing an L shaped bar made with cultured stone and with a granite counter top. The bar is on the outdoor patio and can stand up to the elements. I will show you how to build the core and how to install the stone.

A night out for yakiniku
Last night, Tim, Steve, and I went out for yakiniku at a restaurant I love. It looks a bit like a hole in the wall, but the food tastes so good. Yakiniku just means "grilled meat" – the restaurant carries a grill already loaded with stick charcoal over to a space at the table in your private booth, and you order plates of raw meat or veggies and grill up your dinner, with a dish of dipping sauce to give them more flavor. You can get any kind of meat cut you want, although it does add up – for the 3 of us to eat to the point of being pretty full, our bill was 0. Still not as bad as some of the tables around us, who were paying 0+ when they checked out, lol. My favorite is the pork belly slices, they cook really fast and set big fires. XD You can get trays of raw cabbage, carrots, green peppers, and pumpkin slices, too, which make a nice grilled side dish.
