Delectable Meals You Can Cook With Your Outback Bbq

Outback BBQ grillers are the best when it comes to grilled meals. You can be sure that your burgers, meat, and seafood taste heavenly.

Cooking meat is essentially best done with a charcoal or gas BBQ grillers. Use less to no oil at all to really taste the meat. Burgers are best when grilled with a charcoal BBQ griller. The meat comes out having that tenderness that you can easily bite off. Along with your favourite toppings, burgers are easy to cook and feed to your guests. Just put them in buns and they are all set. You can add a variety of sauces and toppings like lettuce, onions, pickles or pickle relish, tomatoes, and cheese. Burgers are always a hit with the kids.

When you are planning to grill seafood along with your meal, you can try grilling seafood that doesn’t have shells, such as shrimp or salmon. Shrimp becomes tastier when grilled. Before grilling, you can marinade the shrimps in a mixture of olive oil, sesame oil, lemon extract, and some spices. After grilling, slightly coat the shrimps with the mixture. Salmon is also good as a grilled meal. Do the same mixture, however, coat shrimps with the sauce after grilling. Grilling seafood with shells such as oysters with shells can also be done but make sure your oysters are 100% fresh.

Grilling fresh meat and seafood? Why not try grilling vegetables as well. You can grill your vegetables thru charcoal BBQ, gas BBQ, or stainless steel grillers, to get the smoky taste. Just make sure to wash your vegetables really well, and depending on what dish you are making, cut your vegetables into smaller pieces before placing them onto the grill. Grilled onions and zucchini are grilled favourites. Make sure to cut the onions and clean the outer skin of the zucchini. You can season them with salt and pepper and wrap in aluminium foil before grilling to trap the flavour.

Besides the ones mentioned, you can also try other foods to grill on top of your griller. Along with your choice of side dishes, set your Outback BBQ grill up for smoked turkey, chicken or beef kabobs, and different beef steaks can also be cooked in your griller and accompanied with wine or cocktail drinks. Honey sauce, lemon sauce, vinaigrette, and other sauces and spices add flavour to your grilled meat, seafood, and vegetables so make sure you try those and let your family and friends savour the delectable meals that you can cook with your wonderful Outback BBQ griller.

Question by Joe C: Portable LP (Hybrid) Grill took 30 min to cook hamburgers, is this normal?
I purchased a small portable propane (hybrid) grill from walmart, model HBT722W. It is supposed to be 10,000 BTU. The reason it is a hybrid is it uses propane to actually grill and has 4 small trays on the corners to place in charcoal or wood for your flavor. It said’s its supposed to ignite them however It didn’t really seem to do much.
I grilled with it one time and it took about 30 min to cook hamburgers. The temperature gauge only got to about 350. Does anyone else have this particular grill and know if this is normal for it? How long should hamburger patties take on this grill? I did not expect them to take anywhere near this long.

Cooking a burger is kinda like cooking a steak. If you cook a rare steak, it will not take as long as cooking a well steak.

is it possible to cook corndogs on a grill?

Question by untitled: is it possible to cook corndogs on a grill?
my kickball team is having a BBQ tonight before our game and i want to bring something that is easy to cook, easy to eat, but not something that would typically be found at a BBQ. there is a grocery store near me that sells premade corndogs where all you have to do is put them either in a microwave or in an oven and they are done. has anyone tried to cook corndogs like this on a grill before? i believe that tonight we will be using a portable gas grill, not a charcoal grill.

      thanks!!

It should work just fine. Just be sure they get cooked up to the proper temperature. I wouldn’t cook them too fast either or they will burn before the inside gets done. Good luck!
