Just bought this Brinkmann Smoke N Charcoal Grill. This is just a little video I put together for those who are in the market for a Smoker. This smoker needs some Modifications done to get the most out of it. The next video of this smoker will will show the modifications and another test burn. Ill also be cooking a Boston Butt for pulled pork.
